       PREVENTING SEX TRAFFICKING AND STRENGTHENING FAMILIES ACT

  Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of H.R. 4980, which was received from the House and is at 
the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4980) to prevent and address sex trafficking 
     of children in foster care, to extend and improve adoption 
     incentives, and to improve international child support 
     recovery.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read three times 
and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
