IMPROPER PAYMENTS AGENCY COOPERATION ENHANCEMENT ACT OF 2013
Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the
consideration of Calendar No. 260, S. 1360.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (S. 1360) to amend the Improper Payments Elimination
and Recovery Improvement Act of 2012, including making
changes to the Do Not Pay initiative, for improved detection,
prevention, and recovery of improper payments to deceased
individuals, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the Carper-Coburn substitute
amendment, which is at the desk, be agreed to, the bill, as amended, be
read a third time and passed, and the motion to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or
debate.
