  Mr. HARKIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Scott 
Robertson, a fellow with the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and

today's session, and that Brent Becker and Ben Strube, interns with the 
committee also be granted floor privileges for today's session.
