  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that all time on 
this nomination be yielded back.

  Under the previous order, the question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the nomination of Eric T. Schultz, of Virginia, a Career 
Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to 
be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of 
America to the Republic of Zambia?
  The nomination was confirmed.
