  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be authorized 
to meet during the session of the Senate on September 15, 2014, at 3 
p.m. to conduct a hearing entitled ``Equality for the District of 
Columbia: Discussing the Implications of S. 132, the New Columbia 
Admission Act of 2013.''
