EXTENDING THE NATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY AND 
  INTEGRITY AND THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the HELP 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 5134 and 
that the Senate proceed to its consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5134) to extend the National Advisory 
     Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity and the 
     Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance for one 
     year.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
