ORDER FOR ADJOURNMENT
Mr. BROWN. Madam President, if there is no further business to come
before the Senate, I ask unanimous consent that it adjourn under the
provisions of S. Res. 539, as a further mark of respect to the memory
of the late Senator James M. Jeffords, former United States Senator for
the State of Vermont, following the remarks of Senator Rubio. And a
special mention: My chief of staff, Mark Powden, who used to be the
chief of staff for Senator Jeffords, gave a eulogy at his funeral and
had immense respect for the late Senator from Vermont.
