                     AFGHAN SPECIAL IMMIGRANT VISAS

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to the consideration of H.R. 5195, which was received from the House 
and is at the desk.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5195) to provide additional visas for the 
     Afghan Special Immigrant Visa Program, and for other 
     purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the bill be considered read a third 
time and the Senate proceed to vote on passage of the bill.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The bill 
having been read the third time, the question is, Shall the bill pass?
  The bill (H.R. 5195) was passed.
