MAKING EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 
                           SEPTEMBER 30, 2014

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.

       A bill (S. 2648) making emergency supplemental 
     appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, 
     and for other purposes.


                           Amendment No. 3750

       The Senator from Nevada [Mr. Reid] proposes an amendment
