PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC. 100TH ANNIVERSARY
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 527, which was submitted
earlier today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 527) congratulating the members of
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for 100 years of service
throughout the United States and the world, and commending
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for exemplifying the ideals
of brotherhood, scholarship, and service while upholding the
motto ``Culture for Service and Service for Humanity''.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider
be considered made and laid upon the table.
