             REMOVING UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES FROM IRAQ

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on 
adoption of the concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 105) directing the 
President, pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to 
remove United States Armed Forces, other than Armed Forces required to 
protect United States diplomatic facilities and personnel, from Iraq, 
on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the concurrent resolution.

  Ms. BROWN of Florida changed her vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
  So the concurrent resolution was agreed to.
  The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
  The title of the concurrent resolution was amended so as to read: ``A 
concurrent resolution prohibiting the President from deploying or 
maintaining United States Armed Forces in a sustained combat role in 
Iraq without specific, subsequent statutory authorization.''.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

  Mr. COFFMAN. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 452, I inadvertently voted 
``nay.'' My intent was to vote ``yea.''
