                   ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, JULY 24, 2014

  Mr. BLUMENTHAL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Thursday, July 24, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume 
consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 453, S. 2569, 
postcloture; and that at 1:45 p.m., all postcloture debate time be 
considered expired and the Senate proceed to vote on adoption of the 
motion to proceed.
