the vote on the Schapiro nomination.
  Mrs. SHAHEEN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent to yield back

  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination 
of Andrew H. Schapiro, of Illinois, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and 
Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Czech Republic?
