Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 5016) making appropriations for financial services and
general government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, and
for other purposes, with Mr. Bishop of Utah (Acting Chair) in the
chair.

July 14, 2014, an amendment offered by the gentleman from Arizona (Mr.
Gosar) had been disposed of, and the bill had been read through page
152, line 15.
