  Mr. NELSON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be authorized to meet 
during the session of the Senate on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 3 p.m. in 
order to conduct a hearing to consider the nomination of Hon. James C. 
Miller III, Stephen Crawford, David M. Bennett, and Victoria Reggie 
Kennedy to be Governors, U.S. Postal Service.
