FEDERAL REGISTER MODERNIZATION ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4195) to amend
chapter 15 of title 44, United States Code (commonly known as the
Federal Register Act), to modernize the Federal Register, and for other
purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
