  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to Calendar Nos. 454 through 457, which are all post office 
naming bills.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bills 
en bloc.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bills be 
read a third time and passed en bloc and the motions to reconsider be 
laid upon the table en bloc, with no intervening action or debate.
