vote on the Silliman nomination.

The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination
of Douglas Alan Silliman, of Texas, a Career Member of the Senior
Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to
the State of Kuwait?
