Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 272.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.

A bill (H.R. 272) to designate the Department of Veterans
Affairs and Department of Defense joint outpatient clinic to
be constructed in Marina, California, as the ``Major General
William H. Gourley VA-DOD Outpatient Clinic.''
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
