  Mr. REID. Mr. President, S. 2569 is due for a second reading, I am 
told.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will read the bill by 
title for a second time.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 2569) to provide an incentive for businesses to 
     bring jobs back to America.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, this is legislation sponsored by Senator 
Walsh of Montana. I object to any further proceedings at this time, and 
I look forward to working with him in the future on this legislation.
