                  MEASURE READ THE FIRST TIME--S. 2562

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I am told that S. 2562 has been introduced 
and is at the desk and is due for its first reading.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bill by title for the 
first time.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 2562) to provide an incentive for businesses to 
     bring jobs back to America.

  Mr. REID. I ask for a second reading but object to my own request.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the bill will 
receive its second reading on the next legislative day.
