 NOMINATION OF CHERYL ANN KRAUSE TO BE UNITED STATES CIRCUIT JUDGE FOR 
                           THE THIRD CIRCUIT

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the nomination.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Cheryl Ann Krause, of 
New Jersey, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I send a cloture motion to the desk.
