Mr. HARKIN. Mr. President, I wish to announce that the Committee on
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions will meet in executive session
on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 10 a.m., in room SD-430 of the Dirksen
Senate Office Building to mark-up S. 2449, Autism Collaboration,
Accountability, Research, Education and Support Act, Autism CARES Act,
of 2014; S. , a bill to amend the Employee Retirement Income
Security Act of 1974; the nomination of William D. Adams, of Maine, to
serve as Chairperson of the National Endowment for the Humanities; and
the nomination of Robert M. Gordon, of the District of Columbia, to
serve as Assistant Secretary for the Office of Planning, Evaluation,
and Policy Development, Department of Education; as well as any
additional nominations cleared for action.

Ms. LANDRIEU. Mr. President, I would like to announce for the
information of the Senate and the public that a hearing has been
scheduled before the Subcommittee on Water and Power of the Committee
on Energy and Natural Resources. The hearing will be held on Wednesday,
June 25, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., in room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate
Office Building in Washington, DC.
The purpose of this hearing will be to hear testimony on the
following measure:
S. 1971, to establish an interagency coordination committee or
subcommittee with the leadership of the Department of Energy and the
Department of the Interior, focused on the nexus between energy and
water production, use, and efficiency, and for other purposes.
Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may
