     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination of 
     Leon Rodriguez, of Maryland, to be Director of the United 
     States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of 
     Homeland Security.
