           REQUESTING RETURN OF OFFICIAL PAPERS ON H.R. 4412

  Mr. PALAZZO. Mr. Speaker, I send to the desk a privileged resolution 
and ask for its immediate consideration.
  The Clerk read the resolution, as follows:

                              H. Res. 627

       Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
     request the Senate to return to the House the bill (H.R. 
     4412) entitled ``An Act to authorize the programs of the 
     National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and for other 
     purposes.''.

  The resolution was agreed to.
