           UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that on Thursday--
that is tomorrow--June 12, at 1l:30 a.m., the Senate proceed to 
executive session and consideration of Calendar No. 523, under the 
previous order; further, that following the disposition of that 
nomination, the Senate proceed to consideration and vote on Calendar 
Nos. 710, 782, and 776; further, that if any nomination is confirmed, 
the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, 
with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in 
order to the nominations; that any statements related to the 
nominations be printed in the Record; and that the President be 
immediately notified of the Senate's action.
