                       Vote on Sorokin Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the question is, 
Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination of Leo T. Sorokin, 
of Massachusetts, to be United States District Court Judge for the 
District of Massachusetts?
  Mr. THUNE. Madam President, I ask for the yeas and nays.
