                      Vote on Boulware Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the question is, 
Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination of Richard 
Franklin Boulware II, of Nevada, to be United States District Judge for 
the District of Nevada?
