         ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, MAY 23 THROUGH MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2014

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn and convene for pro 
forma sessions only, with no business conducted on the following dates 
and times, and that following each pro forma session the Senate adjourn 
until the next pro forma session: Friday, May 25 at 10 a.m., Tuesday, 
May 27 at 12 noon, and Friday, May 30 at 2 p.m.; and that the Senate 
adjourn Friday, May 30 until 2 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2014; that 
following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the 
two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; and that 
following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning 
business until 5:30 p.m. with Senators permitted to speak therein for 
up to 10 minutes each; and that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to 
executive session to consider Executive Calendar No. 633 and there be 2 
minutes of debate equally divided and controlled in the usual form 
prior to the cloture vote on the Harper nomination.
