                                PROGRAM

  Mr. NELSON. Madam President, there will be one vote at 12:15 p.m. on 
the confirmation of the Fischer nomination. Following that vote, the 
Senate will recess until 2 p.m. to allow for the Republican caucus 
meeting. There will be up to five rollcall votes related to nominations 
at 2:10 p.m. The first vote in the series will be a rollcall vote, and 
we expect the remaining votes to be voice votes.
