                   ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2014

  Mr. NELSON. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Wednesday, May 21, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business until 12:15 p.m., with the time equally 
divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees; and 
that at 12:15 p.m. the Senate proceed to executive session, as provided 
for under the previous order.
