 NOMINATION OF ROSEMARY MARQUEZ TO BE UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE FOR 
                   THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA--Continued

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, there will be 2 
minutes of debate prior to the vote on the Marquez nomination.
