SCHEDULE
Mr. REID. Mr. President, following my remarks and those of the
Republican leader, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion
to proceed to H.R. 3474. At 11:15 a.m. there will be up to five
rollcall votes in relation to several nominations. Following those
votes the time until 5:15 p.m. will be equally divided and controlled
between the two leaders or their designees. At 5:15 p.m. there will be
another series of rollcall votes on confirmation of three district
judges and on adoption of the motion to proceed to the tax extenders
legislative vehicle.
I suggest the absence of a quorum.
