NOMINATION OF ROBIN S. ROSENBAUM, TO BE UNITED STATES CIRCUIT JUDGE FOR
THE ELEVENTH CIRCUIT
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination,
which the clerk will report.
The bill clerk read the nomination of Robin S. Rosenbaum, of Florida,
to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit.
Under the previous order, there will be 2 minutes of debate prior to
the Rosenbaum nomination.
Mr. HOEVEN. Madam President, I yield back time.

The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination
of Robin S. Rosenbaum, of Florida, to be United States Circuit Judge
for the Eleventh Circuit?
