                  DISTRICT OF MASSACHUSETTS--Continued

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, there will be 2 
minutes of debate prior to a vote on the Talwani nomination.
  Mr. SANDERS. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent to yield back 
all remaining time on both sides.

  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination 
of Indira Talwani, of Massachusetts, to be United States District Judge 
for the District of Massachusetts?
