Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent for 30 seconds for
a unanimous consent request.

Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I understand that a number of Senators have
filed amendments related to energy policy, and I think they ought to be
allowed to offer those amendments.
