       We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the 
     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination of 
     Nancy J. Rosenstengel, of Illinois, to be United States 
     District Judge for the Southern District of Illinois.
         Harry Reid, Patrick J. Leahy, Mazie K. Hirono, Dianne 
           Feinstein, Al Franken, Jack Reed, Amy Klobuchar, Robert
