FOREIGN CULTURAL EXCHANGE JURISDICTIONAL IMMUNITY CLARIFICATION ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4292) to amend
chapter 97 of title 28, United States Code, to clarify the exception to
foreign sovereign immunity set forth in section 1605(a)(3) of such
title, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

pass the bill.
