The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the clerk will
report the Schneider nomination.
The legislative clerk reported the nomination of Janice Marion
Schneider, of New York, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, there will now be 2
minutes of debate equally divided prior to a vote on the nomination.
