  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration en bloc of the following 
resolutions, which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 427; S. Res. 
428; and S. Res. 429.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.

to; and the motions to reconsider be laid on the table en bloc, with no
