The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, there will now be 2
minutes of debate prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on
the Shah nomination.

hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination of
Manish S. Shah, of Illinois, to be United States District
Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
