  Mr. TESTER. Mr. President, I would like to announce that the 
Committee on Indian Affairs will meet on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, in 
room SD-628 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, at

2:30 p.m., to conduct a legislative hearing to receive testimony on the 
following bill: S. 2132, a bill to amend the Indian Tribal Energy 
Development and Self-Determination Act of 2005, and for other purposes.
