Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., Wednesday,
April 9, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour
be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration
of the motion to proceed to S. 2199, the equal pay bill, with the time
until 11 a.m. equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or
their designees prior to the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to
S. 2199.
