            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at a time to be 
determined by me, in consultation with Senator McConnell, this week, 
the Senate proceed to executive session to consider Calendar No. 649; 
that there be 1 hour for debate, with 15 minutes under the control of 
the Democratic leader or his designee and 45 minutes under the control 
of the Republican leader or his designee; that upon the use or yielding 
back of time the Senate proceed to vote on the nomination; the motion 
to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, with no 
intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order; that 
any related statements be printed in the Record; and that the President 
be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then 
resume legislative session.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

the table, with no intervening action or debate; that no further 
motions be in order; that any related statements be printed in the 
Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's 
action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
