                       SYRIA HUMANITARIAN CRISIS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 346.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 384) expressing the sense of the 
     Senate concerning the humanitarian crisis in Syria and 
     neighboring countries, resulting in humanitarian and 
     development challenges, and the urgent need for a political 
     solution to the crisis.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent the resolution be agreed to, the 
preamble be agreed to, the motions to reconsider be considered made and 
laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
