            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that following 
disposition of Executive Calendar No. 532, the Senate proceed to vote 
on confirmation of Executive Calendar No. 687, without intervening 
action or debate on the nomination, with all other provisions of the 
previous order remaining in effect.
