                        2014 ARCTIC WINTER GAMES

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the commerce 
committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 387.

       A resolution (S. Res. 387) celebrating the 2014 Arctic 
     Winter Games, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
