               ALLOWING LEASE OR TRANSFER OF CERTAIN LAND

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Indian 
Affairs Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 2650 
and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2650) to allow the Fond du Lac Band of Lake 
     Superior Chippewa in the State of Minnesota to lease or 
     transfer certain land.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Madam President, I further ask unanimous consent that the 
bill be read a third time and passed, and the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or 
debate.
