NOMINATION OF JUDITH ELLEN LEVY TO BE UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE FOR 
                    THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the clerk will 
report the Levy nomination.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Judith Ellen Levy, of 
Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District 
of Michigan.
