                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. DURBIN. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the 
immediate consideration en bloc of the following resolutions submitted 
earlier today: Senate Resolutions 379, 380, and 381.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
